Communications Operator for two facilities: Community Medical Center and Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): answering incoming calls, transferring calls to appropriate departments, assisting with outgoing calls, providing information, making overhead announcements, paging doctors and activating Emergency Code procedures. The Communications Operators are Essential Personnel and provide services 24 hours a day, seven days p er week, and 365 days a year (including holidays).
Position requirements: High School Diploma, or equivalent preferred. Customer service experience. Telephone operator experience preferred. Command of the English language.
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 10PM - 8AM
