Member of the senior management team. Would be responsible for executive oversight of Quality, Infection Control, Standards, Medical Staff Credentials, and Clinical Outcomes. Assures compliance with all regulatory agencies as required. Develops implementation plans and assures that outcomes are monitored. Assures that quality research data is used for benchmarking purposes and provides ongoing information to clinical leaders regarding state of the art clinical patient care guidelines. Develops policies and procedures to support clinical outcomes. And assumes a leadership role in organizing and motivating clinical management teams, supporting their goals and b! eing a resource on performance improvement issues.
MD! required.
Should have 3 to 5 years business experience.
Must pocess strong clinical skills, planning skills, be data driven, and possess policy development skills. Experience in direct working relationships with physicians in a healthcare setting or managed care environment a must.
