Serves as a Customer Service representative to our walk-in clients, telephone inquiries and Physician’s office clients. Performs all functions essential to the ordering and reporting of outpatient test requests. Performs those duties related to the reporting and storage of non-HIS/LIS reports on both inpatients and out patients in an organized, easily retrievable manner. Prints/ faxes/ delivers reports as directed. Maintains paper records for regulatory requirements.
Requirements: H igh School Diploma or Equivalent. Medical Assistant training preferred.
Scheduling: Weekdays, no weekends. Monday & Tuesday, 10PM - 3AM,
Wednesday & Thursday, 10PM - 2AM
Friday, 10PM - 1AM
