Description
Registers patients for in-patient and outpatient services. Verifies financial and personal information on patients. Communicates with appropriate personnel regarding patient admission, transfer and discharge.
Excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications
Education:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
Experience:
Desirable characteristics include two years of experience i! n a medically related environment. Must be able to follow dire! ctions and to perform work according to department standards.
