Medical Office Assistant/ Certified Medical Assistant
Virtua’s Center for Women and Children h! as a full time opening for an experienced Office Assistant who is also a Certified Medical Assistant. This is a diverse position that requires working with the doctors and patients as well as working in the office environment with insurance and pre- certification authorizations, filing, making patient charts, phones and other clerical duties.
This position requires a Certified Medical Assistant with at least one year of related experience , OB GYN experience is strongly preferred. Successful applicants must have excellent communication skill, professional demeanor, proven ability to provide excellent care and customer service to our patients and the ability to work well in a strong team environment.
Hours are 8:30 am- 5:00pm Monday through Thursday and 8:30am- 12:30 pm on Friday.
Required Education:
High School diploma.
