Job Description:
St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital, in Manhattan, is seeking a Physician Assistant (Emergency Department/ED).
We are currently seeking an Emergency Department Physician Assistant at St. Lukes Campus to provide coverage in both the main ED and our newly-built Fast Track areas, working 10 hours shifts where you are not required to work overnight. You must be able to function independently with minimal supervision working primarily in the Fast Track area. You will, however, also get the opportunity to spend time in the acute care ED under the guidance of one of our brilliant physicians.
Requirements:
Current NY State Physician Assistant license
Minimum of 2 years ER experience as a Physician Assistant
ACLS, BLS, PALS and ATLS audit certification preferred
You must maintain current PA registration by passing the National Certification exam rec! ertifying every two years with 100 hours of CME and passing re! certification exam every six years
