RWJPE is currently accepting applications for a full time Patient Service Representative (PSR) positions. RWJPE offers a competitive and comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, STD, PTO and 401k.
PSRs perform basic clerical functions while working with physicians and support staff to ensure patient friendly and efficient operations. This position will greet patients when they enter the practice and gather their information upon arrival by having them fill out forms and answer routine inquiries. Applicants must possess a H.S. Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years experience in a clerical role in a medical office setting; OB/GYN medical office experience a plus; experience with EMR required; knowledge of medical terminology pr eferred.
