The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of GE Centricity Business (Flowcast), including but not limited to: Billing, Dunning, and Remittance processing Claim logic and processin! g Patient Statement processing Dictionary maintenance Web fram! ework functionality Web framework System Administrator tools Scheduling Functionality System Security-both Security Plus and Web based TES Informatics ISE Responsibilities include monitoring and following through on issues, documenting and articulating problems, applying changes to resolve problems or respond to use requests, developing programming or systems solutions to address problems and requests, creating test data and participating in testing, and interacting with users and vendors through various phases of design, testing, and implementations. EDUCATION: College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information sciences, or related field and/or 5 years equivalent work experience. WORK EXPERIENCE: - Demonstrated Flowcast experience -Working knowledge of MS Word, Project, Excel -Customer Service orientation -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to provide 24/7 support 26386
