Position Description
Pinelands OB/GYN Associates is seeking a Senior Practice Manager to lead their dynamic group of ob/gyn physicians and nurse practitioners.
The Senior Practice Manager provides operational leadership, in collaboration with the lead physician by ensuring the practice does the following: provides quality care to patients; maintains a patient/customer focus as evidenced by patient satisfaction scores and other indicators; achieves financial goals related to budgeted patient revenue and patient visits; offers a collaborative work environment for physicians and staff demonstrated through retention and engagement/satisfaction scores; reviews work processes to ensure efficiency of operational work flow, including implementation of technology complies with regulatory requirements (ie. OSHA); supports embedded specialist model (maternal fetal medicine), as needed; and will provide oversight to multiple outpatient sites. The Senior Practice Manager also builds community relationships in the local area and works closely with the Penn Medicine marketing team.

Minimum Requirements
BA/BS Degree in healthcare/hospital administration, business administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 5 years of management experience in a physician, hospital or clinical practice setting required. Ob/Gyn experience preferred but not required. Registered nurses (RNs) and certified professional coders (CPCs) with supervisory/management experience are encouraged to apply.
This candidate must possess the following: excellent communication, analytical and financial skills; computer and web-based literacy; knowledge of alternative health delivery systems and options relative to these systems; high level of creativity and breakthrough thinking, process improvement skills, dedication and commitment to patient care and flexibility, negotiation and persuasion skills. Pinelands OB/GYN Associates is a group of 6 physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and over 30 staff centrally located in Lumberton, NJ, with satellite offices in Medford, NJ, and Columbus, NJ. The group does their deliveries and surgeries at the Virtua Memorial in Mt. Holly, NJ. The practice is currently accepting new gynecologic and obstetrical patients. Specialties include general gynecology, gynecologic surgery, general obstetrics, deliveries, and maternal fetal medicine. This practice offers weekday, evening and weekend outpatient appointments.
The practice is part of the Clinical Care Associates (CCA) of Penn Medicine, which is a community based primary and specialty care physician practice.
