Responsibilities:
· Credit Card Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of credit card processing, including account setup, card activation, credit limit management, transaction monitoring, and statement reconciliation.
· Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with credit card operations by monitoring fraud patterns, conducting periodic reviews, and implementing preventive measures.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable credit card regulations, such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and other relevant guidelines.
· Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by resolving credit card-related inquiries, disputes, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
· Relationship Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance, sales, and customer service teams, to address credit card-related issues, improve processes, and drive business growth.
· Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on credit card activities, trends, and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of operations, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making.
· Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing credit card processes and systems, identify opportunities for streamlining and automation, and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
· Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for employees on credit card processes, policies, and best practices to ensure a thorough understanding and adherence to established guidelines.
· Vendor Management: Collaborate with credit card service providers and vendors to resolve technical issues, negotiate contracts, and optimize service delivery.
· Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the credit card domain to proactively adapt and enhance credit card operations.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Credit Card Professional, Certified Fraud Examiner) are a plus.
· Experience: 3-6 years of experience in credit card operations, preferably in a business/operational role within the financial services industry. Experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
· In-depth understanding of credit card processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
· Proficient in credit card transaction processing systems and related software.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex credit card-related issues.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing and data management.
· Familiarity with risk management techniques, fraud detection, and prevention strategies.
· Solid knowledge of credit card compliance requirements, including PCI DSS, FCRA, and other relevant guidelines.
· Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries, disputes, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
· Strong reporting and data analysis skills to generate insights and support decision-making processes.
· Ability to adapt to changing industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and emerging technologies in the credit card domain.
