Sonographer
Location: Somers Point New Jersey
Description: Shore Medical Center is hiring Sonographer right now, this position will be placed in New Jersey. More details about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. The Sonographer is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients requiring ultrasonography services in an organized and systematic manner according to departmental policy and standards.
Minimum Requirement! s
Graduate of an approved Ultrasound Sonography school
RDMS Certification
Availability to work evening and on-call shifts based to department needs
Previous experience in a hospital/ clinical setting
Knowledge of medical terminology
Basic computer skills, excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods with the ability to lift, push and pull
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience in OB-GYN, abdominal, and small parts scanning
