The NBN Group is seeking a full-time Clinical Case Manager to join our team in our Princeton, NJ office.
The Clinical Case Manager responsibilities may include but are not limited to some of the following :
Takes new intake referrals for our Private Duty patients and develops initial treatment plans and updates them .
Submits for initial and re-authorizations for new and existing patients.
Supervise the care provided in the home, verifies the care provided is in accordance with physician's orders.
Review the notes of the field staff for private duty patients.
Create and implement policies for QA
Acts as a liaison between families, insurance companies and physicians .

Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN prefer! red).
Must have a current nursing license in the state of New Jersey (PA license a plus)
Must have two years experience in obstetrics, maternal child health, or pediatrics.
Previous homecare experience.
Excellent computer skills and be able to navigate windows based and in house database effectively.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are essential.
