Responsibilities
Make daily cold calls to potential & existing clients for the purpose of generating new / up-sell business leads
Contact & follow-up with customers about promotions & generate inquiries
Responsible for data entry to system, maintain the database & general clerical support in Marketing Department
Assist in preparation of marketing event materials
Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required
Requirements
DSE holder or above qualification with relevant experience in marketing / telemarketing is preferred
Good telephone manner and proficiency in Cantonese
Self-motivated and customer service oriented
Good Knowledge in MS Office (Word & Excel)
Fluent in Cantonese and good command of English
Knowledge in IT Industry will be an advantage
