Luxury game lodge in the Thornybush / Hoedspruit area is looking for a FOH Duty Manager.
- Must be able to prioritize and manage tasks independently, with good planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Maintain client database to ensure all guest information/details are complete.
- Perform duty manager shifts when necessary - hosting guests and ensuring the service shift runs smoothly
- Proactive, use initiative and creative flair when required
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years in a similar position
- Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management (Beneficial)
- Excellent Reception and Front Office control
- Computer literate, MS Office Suite, Reservation systems, POS systems, financial systems (Debtors)
- Strong Financial sense and sound knowledge of procedures.
- Strong Stock control experience
