Nurse leaders with a background in Step-down, MedSurg or Critical Care are encouraged to apply.
The boutique s tyle, 160-bed facility is affiliated with a prestigious academic hospital. The Nurse Director will play a large role in the hospital’s strategic growth plan, which will see a large expansion of multiple Inpatient Acute Care Service Lines.
This technology-advanced hospital includes the following departments: Breast Center, Cancer Care, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Cardiology, Center for Bariatric Surgery, Center for Joint Replacement, Imaging and Diagnostics, Maternity, OB/GYN, Plastic Surgery, Primary Care, Sleep Center, Surgical Services, Therapy Services, and a Wound Care Center.
The Nurse Director of Inpatient Surgical will serve as the clinical and administrative liaison, responsible for operations and management of the ED unit. They will develop, implement, and oversee Quality and Core Measure Initiatives.
