Description:
The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for performing ultrasound procedures and processing consistent with regulations and Meridian policy on patients for various types of diagnostic procedures. Department: Meridian Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates Ultrasound Qualifications: Must have ARDMS Certification One year experience in a hospital/imaging center required. Two or more years preferred. American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification required.
Education:
Graduate of accredited Ultrasound program required. Schedule: Multiple locations Varied days; varied hours.

Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Program

Minimum 2 years of Obstetrical and Gynecologic ultrasound experience in either hospital or office setting.

ARDMS certification required

Computer literacy. Knowledge of EMR a plus.
