Minimum Requirements
Penn Ob/Gyn Woodbury Heights is located in Penn Medicine Woodbury Heights in Gloucester County, New Jersey. They are seeking a full time Patient Services Rep II to support the Practice Manager and physicians in fulfilling the mission of the Clinical Heath Care Associates (CHCA) and Penn Medicine.
The Patient Service Representative II assists the practice manager and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus, supports the delivery of highest quality care, shares a passion for patient and customer centered care, and assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial and operational targets. Some of the primary responsibilities of the Patient Services Representative are to provide telephone coverage, provide front desk coverage, schedule patients, perform patient registration, and manage patient funds according to policy. This will be a full time position, and business hours will be discussed at the interview.
Additional Information
This position requires mental, visual, and hearing alertness to perform duties. Must be able to work with frequent interruptions, and must enjoy interacting with patients and coworkers in a busy customer service environment. Two or three years of medical office experience is preferred with an education equivalent of the completion of high school. Must be computer literate, and have the ability to learn new computer systems such as EPIC. Previous experience with EPIC is a plus. Must be a team-player.
